PLDR (Place-based Longitudinal Data Resource) Manager, providing access to open and safeguarded data for various projects across NIHR ARC NWC and NIHR SPHR, while leading data acquisition, curation and information governance support across the Institute of Population Health. Lead researcher in developing neighbourhood-level health indicators using large-scale linked datasets, including the Small Area Mental Health Index (SAMHI) and Small Area Vulnerability Index (SAVI), which have informed public health evaluation, local planning and recovery activity. Contribute advanced quantitative expertise to major population health evaluations, including difference-in-differences and synthetic control studies, and lead the analytic work of the Telehealth project. Hold an honorary contract with NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICS/ICB, playing a leading role in the Network Data Lab analytics programme and coordinating cross-sector collaboration to deliver data-driven insight.
